The concept of the family house is based on the requirement for two separate residential units and maximum use of the permitted building area. The northern, street, facade with entrances is designed minimalistically and gives a compact impression. From the other sides, the building is more structured and there is a noticeable division into two masses, larger and smaller, each for one residential unit. The mass solution also allows for the imaginary division of the land into two private gardens.
The facade of the building is designed with a combination of facade cement screed and wooden cladding. To a lesser extent, there are areas with facade plaster in anthracite color, which complement the window frames and entrance doors in the same color.
The family house is two-storey, without a basement. The architectural and layout design is simple and is based on functional connections in the layout and orientation to the cardinal points. For the living rooms on the 1st floor, emphasis was placed on continuity and visual connection with the garden. The entrance and technical facilities of the building are located on the north side.
The living rooms with kitchen and dining room are oriented to the southwest and southeast sides and provide access to the garden and terrace. The 2nd floor contains mostly private rooms, which are always oriented to the east or west side.
