The project focuses on bringing a higher standard of living to a pre-defined situation. The connection between the building and the pleasant cultivated nature is a simple yet highly effective solution. The building is thoughtfully integrated into the context of the local environment.
The sloping terrain allows for a unique differentiation of the house, featuring a one-story entrance area and a two-story section extending towards the garden. This design ensures the house appears smaller from the street while offering breathtaking views of the valley from multiple rooms, seamlessly blending with the landscape.
Access to the garden is provided through generous floor-to-ceiling portals. This design allows the living room, which is connected to the kitchen, to feel partially open to the outdoors. Wooden slats soften the facade and delicately enhance the connection with nature.
Both pedestrian and vehicular access are level with the adjacent road. Visitors enter the upper floor, creating the visual impression of a single-story structure from the street. However, when viewed from the garden, the full scale of the spacious design is revealed, offering a completely different perspective.
